15 minutes is all it takes to care for yourself and strengthen your mental fitness.
Starting on Monday, 28 October, we will be launching Just 15 for Parents and Carers. We are hoping this will be a regular Monday morning practice. Please join us at Gate D for our very first session - walking around the lake. See you at 8:45 AM for a 15 minute mindful walk and chat. What a great way to start off your day!
