Waived
Deposit (Refundable)
An equivalent of one term's tuition fee is required as deposit. The amount is to be topped up as the tuition fee increases according
to year level.
Note: Deposit is refundable provided one term's written notice of withdrawal is given in advance. The said notice must be received
and acknowledged by the Admissions Office on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn; failing
which the deposit paid shall be forfeited. Please refer to the terms and conditions as stated on the Application for Admission Form.
Tuition Fees
All fees paid are non-refundable once the term starts and it is not prorated. All Senior HSC examination fees are included in the Tuition Fees.
- *3% discount for full year payment.
An additional of RM1,750 is applied to students on EAL/IESC Programme from Foundation to Year 9.
Tuition Fees Per Term
There are 4 terms in an academic year.
- Nursery to Year 11 fees are invoiced quarterly and must be paid on or before the first day of each term.
- Year 12 total tuition fees* are invoiced over 3 installments before the beginning of Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3.

WHAT THIS COVERS
The total fees also covers technology resources for all year groups, as well as textbooks, exam fees, and a basic stationery pack.
WHAT THIS DOESN’T COVER
The cost of uniforms, bus services, cafeteria meals, CCAs, school trips/camps, and technology devices are not included in the fees listed.
ANNUAL FEE REVIEWS
All fees are reviewed annually and subject to change. AISM reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions on an annual basis.
ADDITIONAL EAL FEES
Applicable for students (Foundation to Year 9) who require the English as Additional Language (EAL) for Foundation to Year 5 and Intensive English Support Class (IESC) for Year 6-9. The fee is RM1,750 per term. This also applies to the Deposit
CAMP FEES
Applicable for students Year 6 to 11. Fees will differ each year depending on camp location.
TUITION FEE & TECHNOLOGY FEE
- AISM has 4 terms in an academic year, which runs from January to December.
- These are invoiced every quarterly, except for Year 12 which has only three (3) terms.
- All fees must be paid on or before the first day of each term.

Family (Sibling) Discount
Siblings are entitled to a discount on the Admission Fee and tuition fee. It is only applicable to siblings who are still studying in the school. A sibling is defined as a legal brother or sister of a child enrolled in the school

- A bank transfer may be made to the School’s bank account.
- For overseas transfer, please include an additional amount in view of foreign exchange and bank charges. These are borne by the Sender.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Fees for subsequent terms are payable in advance. A 3% rebate on the Tuition Fees for Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4 will be given if the annual Tuition Fee is paid in full on or before the first day of Term 1.
- Cash payments are not encouraged.

- Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be drawn from a Malaysian Bank in Malaysian Currency.
- Parents may drop the cheque, bank draft or money order into the cheque drop box located at the Finance Collection Counter during office hours.
- Parents may pay for their child’s annual school fees in advance at the beginning of the first term using a credit or debit card, via our convenient online Cashless System. By paying for a full year’s fees in advance, you can also enjoy a 3% rebate on Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4 tuition fees.
