Our student trainees receive expert guidance about food growth, storage and management from Mr Chistian Ogle, a trained chef who served as a Peace Corps Agricultural Specialist in Suriname. Students are taught about the importance of fresh produce and healthy food preparation. They nurture, tend, and harvest vegetables and roots grown in a dedicated area within our school’s compound. Who needs pesticides that could harm our environment when tender, loving, green fingers could do even better.
